Ron Schiff is the Founder and CEO of eValue Strategic Organisational Surveys, an online (SaaS) subscription-based feedback scorecard, providing instant feedback and insights on strategic implementation and execution for organisations. He is also the Finance Director of bountiXP, a digital rewards and recognition platform, as well as an Executive Member in the Office of Strategy Management for Achievement Awards Group (AAG), a company offering Loyalty, Sales and Channel Incentive Programs as well as Fulfilment Services, and a member of the Thought Leadership Team providing research and analysis into workplace solutions, organisational culture and employee engagement. Previously, he held roles as the Director of Finance for the Seychelles Tourism Marketing Authority, and for eight years was the International Group Finance Director of Jive Records, a leading independent Record and Entertainment Company with offices in the UK, USA, Europe and South Africa. He is qualified as a Chartered accountant with degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
