Henry has 26 years experience in Investment Banking and Real Estate. He was Director in Property Finance Division at Standard Corporate and Investment Bank and Manager in the Real Estate Equity Investments with ABSA. He was involved in the financing of a number of developments such as The V & A Waterfront in Cape Town, The JSE in Sandton and funded a number of REITs as well as unlisted property companies. He is the Programme Manager for TUHF-Programme for Property Entrepreneurship (TPPE) which is comprehensive in-house property training programme that seeks to promote the expansion of knowledge of TUHF’s clients and non TUHF clients in understanding the real estate as asset class. He facilitates a Mentorship Program which entails one-on-one mentorship and coaching services to foster professional growth for TUHF and uMaStandi property entrepreneurs. He facilitates a training workshops on packaging of Social Housing Projects for SHRA. He has been involved with the Property Development Programme (PDP) presented jointly by Graduate School of Business and SAPOA in various facets, such as Lecturer, Past Chairman of Judging Panel, Past Chairman of the PDP Committee and currently, PDP Course Convenor.
