Video interview - Out of the box thinking can help small businesses weather the storm

Dr Tim London chats to the Bertha Centre's Natasha Dinham, about a number of measures investors can take to ameliorate the effects of the COVID -19 crisis.

The COVID-19 crisis is having a devastating impact on the economy, and on small businesses in particular, but they don't have to weather the storm alone.

Investors have a key role to play in fighting this crisis alongside their portfolio companies. Small businesses are the backbone of the economy and it's important to realize that this is not a short-term fight. The The longer we spend inside our homes, the more we realize that we're going to be dealing with the effects of this for much longer than just the lockdown.

Dr Tim London chats to Natasha Dinham, Senior Project Manager at the UCT GSB Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship about a number of measures investors can take to ameliorate the effects of this crisis.
