In the UCT GSB Accelerated Management Development course, we believe leadership includes self, teams and understanding the context in which we live and work. Throughout the course, you'll not only enhance personal mastery but also delve into managing the team within a system. This journey is complemented through the use of an enneagram assessment, sense making through reflection and an immersion into the world of art and leadership. Additionally, you'll explore how to deliver on strategy, understand the neuroscience of high performing teams and apply systems thinking tools to ensure a comprehensive skill set for impactful leadership.
